Pallet shuttle motors drive pallet and tray conveyor systems. These units run on rails inside storage channels in a floor-to-ceiling warehouse rack and operate as part of a compact storage system.

They are ideal for use in environments where there is a lot of loading and unloading activity. For example, switching to motorised pallet shuttle systems from forklifts can increase the flow of incoming and outgoing goods and flexible storage helps maximise capacity.

An operator uses a Wi-Fi-enabled tablet to control the system, from which they can deposit each load in the first available location in the channel. This compacts the storage significantly and reduces the risk of rack damage.
