Parvalux runs with four values at its core. For us defining these values and using them to lead our behaviour is an important aspect of building a strong culture, maintaining our positive brand identity and reputation as well as guiding our actions.

These four values are:

Precision – At the heart of our ethos lies precision which for us is a commitment to meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising quality standards. Every geared motor that rolls off the production line undergoes rigorous testing and scrutiny to ensure flawless performance. To improve precision within the workplace we are investing in the training and development of our employees, we offer apprenticeships, maxon academy training, H&S training, and external upskilling. These are available to everyone in the company to ensure that all staff are comfortable with their level of training.

As a business, we are working on sustainability and minimising our impact on the climate, waste, and water at every stage in our process. We are working on solutions to provide sustainable progress and improve safety, security, and quality of life. From sustainability to research and development, Parvalux is driven by results, and we regularly analyse our processes in order to optimise productivity.

As part of our drive for sustainability and reviewing our processes we recently introduced the 6S Lean Management System into our processes. This is a six-step process which was devised by Toyota Production Systems and helped to streamline their production with less waste whilst at the same time improving performance and quality.
