Warranty for goods

Warranty for Parvalux goods is set for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice

Returning warranty goods

If you wish to return goods that do not meet the specification agreed please follow the below process:

  1. Please complete an RMA form 
  2. If the form is unavailable, please email Parvalux returns department (returns.department@parvalux.com) with your request to return warranty parts and a returns request form will be emailed to you for completion

RMA approval

Once we have validated the information provided on the customer returns request and confirmed items to be returned are within the warranty period, we will assign an RMA number for the goods to be returned

Identification of goods

Please attach or include a copy of the approved customer returns form and any other further information that would assist in our warranty analysis, along with the RMA number clearly identified on the goods to be returned

Processing warranty returns

If the goods returned do not match the goods approved for return, the RMA will be placed on hold and will not be processed further until resolved with the customer. Continued non-adherence to this may result in an additional administrative charge

Process service levels

  • RMA number request and warranty validation: 48 hours
  • Warranty analysis: 14 business days
  • Re-supply of warranty return goods: 8 weeks
