What is your returns policy?
Any unit proving faulty and covered by the provisions of warranty must be returned to us complete, with postage paid, for examination to be repaired or replaced at our discretion. NB: before returning items please call a member of our sales team to obtain a returns (RMA) number. All returns must be clearly marked with their RMA number and sent to: Returns department, Parvalux, 490 Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth BH11 8PU, UK.
