Inline Gearboxes
AC motors combined with inline gearboxes like our SD8 – PGx52 / SD13 – PGx70 are robust and ideal for high-speed pick-and-place or wrapping applications requiring responsive motion control. The inline gearbox aligns the motor and output shafts, producing a slim, space-saving drive that’s easy to integrate into compact machinery. They’re efficient and offer good torque transfer, which is ideal for systems like belt and chain conveyors, feed rollers and automated wrapping units as they require direct, linear movement.Right-angle Gearboxes
Right-angle gearboxes are ideal when there is a particularly tight space, as these gearboxes allow the power to be redirected by 90° whilst at the same time providing smooth operation and high load capacity. This is often a requirement of corner conveyors, vertical lifts or compact cartoners and sealers.
