Pride Month, observed in June, is a time to celebrate and recognise the LGBTQ+ community, this year being the 52nd annual Pride celebrations.

Pride Month aims to both celebrate the huge progress which has been made in LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion, but also to acknowledge and challenge the biases that many members of the community still face every single day.

We are proud to join companies everywhere who are showing their Pride, collectively shifting towards greater inclusivity in workplaces across the globe. While many companies take the opportunity to show their support during this month, we are one of those businesses that believe creating a genuinely inclusive culture requires year-round action.

Parvalux has a set of principles that guide us, one of those is Inclusion:

This principle embeds within our behaviour to proudly embrace diversity and foster a supportive environment for all. We work hard to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered and believe that inclusion is an ongoing journey. To that end, we conduct diversity and inclusion training, so that discrimination has no place in our workplace community.

Remember, supporting LGBTQ+ employees is not just about our policies—it is about creating a culture of acceptance and celebration.

In June it is time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and this year we are showing our allyship by putting up a pride flag at the front of our new state-of-the-art building. It is so important that everyone that works at Parvalux feels welcomed and included in everything we do.
