The Parvalux modular range is a carefully curated selection of motors and gearboxes that can be fine tuned to your specification through the addition of accessories such as brakes, encoders, and shaft extension kits. Modular Motors
Our modular range of motors include five PMDC and four BLDC options. With the choice between two stack lengths for each motor frame size, 12 – 48V supply, as well as output speeds of 2500 – 4500 rpm, our modular range motors covers a wide range of requirements.
This can be fine tuned further to meet your specification with the addition of accessories such as encoders, brakes, and/or controllers, as well as a range of compatible gearboxes to boost your torque output.
Modular Gearboxes
Our modular range of gearboxes currently only includes two options, the GB9 and GB12. These are both right-angle worm wheel gearboxes, available in either 15:1, 30:1, or 60:1 gear ratios. Supplied as standard with hollow shafts, our online configurator allows you to add a shaft extension kit to your selected gearbox, as well as explore it’s compatible modular motors.
Our range of modular gearboxes will expand to offer further options in the near future. Additions such as our GB28 and GB65 will widen the output range of our right-angle gearbox configurations, and a line of planetary gearheads will create a range of inline solutions all configurable direct from our website
Modular Combinations
The last option to begin your modular range build is a geared motor. These are a combination of the above two options, effectively allowing you to skip a step in the build process. A geared motor enables a higher torque output than a motor only product, however does reduce the output speed of the system.
All of the above also allow for the addition of accessories to fine tune your modular selection. Choose between motor accessories such as encoders, brakes, and/or controllers, or add a shaft extension kit to your gearbox to ensure that your modular configuration meets your exact requirements.
