Our experience in manufacturing cutting-edge electric conveyor motors guarantees you are in safe hands. All conveyors are not the same and may require a different level of power and speed. This is why we have produced different products that would work in a variety of conveyor systems to make the life of a design engineer much easier.
In a conveyor roller system, for light to medium operation, we would recommend our GB80 in combination with one of our Brushless DC Motors. For heavy-duty roller systems, we would recommend our GB12 or GB9 with a Brushless DC Motor or AC Motor attached to it. For motor-only requirements, we can supply our BLx53 or an AC motor that will provide ideal performance.

For conveyor belt systems, we have a whole range of Brushless DC Motors and AC Motors that will provide reliable performance for light to heavy Duty applications. Gearboxes are also recommended for heavy-duty applications where increased torque is needed, our GB12 and GB9 are recommended for this.

Autonomous mobile robot conveyors are super important to move an item from one conveyor to another and need to have responsive and reliable motors to power the machine. We would recommend the BLx60 and if needed a planetary gearbox for increased torque.
Powering a sortation device will most likely only need a motor to enable the quick and rapid moments needed, planetary gearboxes are available for this system. This application will require either an integrated or separate controller, Parvalux supplies controllers for an all-in-one solution.
There is no need to worry if you are unsure what motor or combination is needed for your project, our helpful team will be able to suggest the best-suited motor for your specific application. These motors are also low maintenance so they can be fitted and forgotten for a number of years. If the motor does eventually need a maintenance repair, our service team is on hand to quickly repair and get the motor back to you so your operation isn’t stopped for long.
Our UK service center has previously refurbished motors that had given 25 years of service. We returned it to the customer as good as the day it first left our factory. We believe that quality should come as standard in every Parvalux product, which is why we put so much care into every single one.
