Parvalux has many years’ experience supplying the leading mixer manufacturers with standard and customized commercial mixer motors. We’ve developed a reputation for quality, reliability, and durability in our products. Some of our products remain in use for decades, even up to thirty years. We recently tested a motor that was first built in the early 1960s and last serviced by us in the 1990s. It started and worked perfectly as soon as it was on the test bench! While this is possibly exceptional, it demonstrates the quality that we build into every product, including our industrial mixer motors and gearboxes. ‘Mixing’ covers a wide variety of specialized activities, each of which plays a part in the testing or manufacturing process. Mixing is an essential part of the production process for almost every product on the planet and we have geared mixer motor designs suitable for a range of high shear mixers, as well as powder/liquid mixers, hygienic mixers, and disintegrator/dissolvers. Whether the requirement is for mixing liquids or powders, quality product consistency and process efficiency are the key requirements. Our food mixer motors can provide the power to handle a range of mix viscosities from cloud emulsions in soft drinks manufacturing, to aqueous dispersions to provide the gelling effect required for hand sanitizer products. Due to the huge increase in demand in recent years, the importance of reliable medical mixer motors has been vital.
