RETURNS POLICY
Warranty for Goods
Warranty for goods is set for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice
Returning Warranty Goods
If you wish to return goods that do not meet the specification agreed please can you follow the below process;
RMA Approval
Once we have validated all information provided on the customer returns request to be within the warranty period we will assign an RMA number of the goods to be sent back on
Identification of Goods
We kindly ask that you attach or include a copy of the approved customer returns form and any other further information that would assist in our warranty analysis, along with the RMA number clearly identified on the goods to be returned
Processing Warranty Returns
In the instance where goods returned do not match that of the information of goods approved during the RMA approval stage, the RMA will be placed on hold and will not be processed further until discussed and resolved with the customer. Continued non-adherence to this may result in an additional administrative cost to be charged
