Over the past year we have watched our new carbon neutral Parvalux HQ take shape, now into the beginning of 2023 the build is getting nearer to completion.

With the external fit work now completed the internal fit is truly underway, with electrical work, plumbing, flooring, and decorating taking place.

Our latest time lapse capture gives a great insight into how the building is now looking externally.

Alongside move preparations, £3M of new machinery and production technologies will be fitted, including state of the art CNC machining equipment, armature manufacturing & processing machinery, efficient logistical kitting systems and more.

One of those investments is in a new material delivery system compromising of 2 train tugs with 6 tilting trolleys on each operating to a bus style timetable scheduling the delivery of parts to production lines up to every 20 minutes. Normally found in the automotive industry we believe this could be the first in the UK to adopt this system in a manufacturing environment.

Currently we hope to commence the move of Factory 3, our machine shop, in April as part of the phased building handover from our contractors. The remaining phases will see our two factories and offices follow as those sections of the building are completed.
