Parvalux started trading in 1947 and since that time its distinctive logo has remained relatively unchanged, with a couple of minor tweaks to update its style and colour.

In 2018 Swiss motor manufacturer maxon, acquired Parvalux and made it part of the maxon group. maxon operates in 40 countries and employs more than 3,200 people, of which more than 1,300 are based in Sachseln, Switzerland.

Since the acquisition, Parvalux, as part of the maxon group has continued to grow globally, and it has been working on implementing a new culture & revitalised workplace, investing in people, and a safety focussed environment taking the business forward on its mission to grow and almost double the work force by 2030.

The rebrand brings Parvalux even closer into the maxon group and its subsidiaries worldwide enhancing its brand experience for new and existing customers.

Parvalux Rebrand

James Cope – Marketing Manager at Parvalux said

‘Having recently celebrated our 75th anniversary we are continuing to develop and innovate. The new brand represents an exciting time for the us as we work more closely with our maxon colleagues worldwide and gives more clarity in our customer journey.’

He continued

‘Since joining the maxon group we have recognised that updating our brand was an important part of our journey and the time is now right to take that step. As part of the rebrand we have launched a new version of our website, and an updated product catalogue. As we prepare for the move to our new HQ this summer, the new brand is a cause for celebration.’

In the summer of 2023, we will be moving our HQ and factories to an 8.75-acre development site in Poole, Dorset. The £29.8million construction of this purpose-built 14,000 square meter factory and office headquarters commenced in 2020 and is due for completion next year.

This site will amalgamate our current electric motor factories and the administrative function, with the major new building project providing additional room for future growth including a £3million investment in new production machinery.

Parvalux now has over 200 employees, and exports over 40% of its products globally and is considered a leading manufacturer and centre of excellence in engineering and is looking forward to the start of the next 75 years in business.
