VIPER3

Custom wiper system solution

Trusted to work reliably in the harshest conditions, the VIPER3 can comfortably operate when faced with dust, liquid, high & low temperatures, and wide variances in humidity, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into vehicles across the rail, marine, haulage, and transport sectors. Equipped with multiple mounting options, the space conscious design of the VIPER3 enables seamless integration into your application. This, combined with internal wiring and an enclosed commutation brush design, makes this self-contained, IP67 rated, geared motor the ideal solution for use in your large wiper system.  
  • Compact design – Internally routed wiring and a space-conscious design has resulted in external measurements of just 280 x 126 x 145 mm
  • Reduced gear wear – The use of composite materials, a larger diameter gear, and a one-piece worm spindle ensures reduced gear wear in comparison to other similar systems on the market
  • Adaptable mounting – Adaptable mounting and added support structures offer excellent reliability and a seamless integration into your large wiper system
GB14

Custom stairlift solution

Designed and engineered specifically for the stairlift market, the GB14 gearbox is a high efficiency 2-stage overhung gearbox that is the perfect solution for any high-torque application. When combined with our BRx90 brushed motor, the GB14 provides up to 500 W of power, a maximum output speed of 40 rpm, and up to 220 Nm of torque in intermittent operation (S2 – 15 minutes) – all contained within a compact, slimline design.  
  • Custom drive wheels – Our in-house design team are well-versed in designing custom external gears and pulleys to further adapt the GB14 to meet your requirements
  • High-performance synthetic oil – The use of high-performance synthetic oil maximises efficiency and reduces gear wear within the gearbox
  • Additional motor options – The BRx90 motor is compatible with a range of accessories such as brakes and encoders enabling you to add improved safety and positional accuracy to your system
GB50

Custom caravan mover solution

The ability to provide smooth power delivery on corners, bends, and gradients ensures our GB50 caravan mover units enable you to position your caravan in the perfect spot, on any terrain, in any weather. With extensive experience working with the leading manufacturers of caravan movers on the market today, we understand the challenges often faced when building your own caravan mover and are on-hand to offer our expertise to get your project moving.  
  • Ingress protection – Our caravan mover units are IP55 rated as standard and are also covered with salt spray level 5 protection finish
  • Custom gearbox – The GB50 gearbox comprises of a bronze worm wheel connected to a 2-stage hardened steel spur wheel gearbox, as well as the addition of a custom drive wheel, enabling high torque and shock load capabilities ensuring a consistent, smooth power delivery
  • Engagement options – Across our range of caravan mover units we have experience in designing in both manual and automatic engagement options for seamless integration with the caravan units of all shapes and sizes
GB54

Custom hoist solution

Offering high torque in a compact design, the EPM50-GB54 range is the perfect solution for a multitude of hoist and platform lift applications. With bronze and composite gears available for use within the gearbox, you have the option of specifying this geared-motor combination in favour of either high torque or low noise, enabling it to provide the ideal power required for both heavy duty and domestic applications.  
  • Gear material – Choose between bronze gears for high strength and torque or composite gears for high efficiency and low noise
  • Custom gearbox – The GB54 is a 2-stage gearbox offering high torque, high efficiency, and self-locking capabilities, ensuring a reliable and safe operation
  • Additional motor options – The EPM50 motor is available in both high and low voltages and is also compatible with a range of accessories such as brakes and encoders, allowing you to add improved safety and positional accuracy to your system
PM10-S

IP67 rated custom drive

This motor-gearbox combination utilises a PM10 PMDC motor that has been customised to provide a higher IP rating, custom wiring connectors, and is available in voltages of 12 – 220 V. This has been combined with our S Box, right-angle, worm wheel gearbox that has been covered with a corrosion resistent paint finish. Featuring low noise, an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C, and automotive connectors, the development of the product provides a reliable and easy-to-fit solution for any application that requires a compact, high IP rated drive solution.  
  • Improved IP rating – Improved ingress protection rating of IP67 and the addition of anodized automotive corrosion protection paint finish ensures reliable operation in a variety of weathers and environments.
  • Integrated electronics – Custom motor with integrated electronics including encoder, thermal cutouts, and EMI suppression aids to a compact design
  • Automotive connectors – Our standard flying leads have been replaced with automotive connectors to meet the exact requirements of our customers specification
