Any unit proving faulty and covered by the provisions of warranty must be returned to Bournemouth headquarters, complete, with carriage paid, for examination to determine the need for repair (address below).
Before returning items, please call a member of our team to obtain a returns (RMA) form on +44 (0)1202 512575.

Any unit not covered by warranty can be returned directly to the Parvalux Service Centre in Birmingham, with carriage paid.
